Well, unfortunately the eBay/Microsoft cash back scheme seems to be history, so these are being listed here first. If it starts up again, I'd be happy to list them on eBay so a US buyer can take advantage of the cash back - we can work something out on the price vs. listing fees.

Up for sale are three great Pentax lenses, the 31mm Limited (black), the 77mm Limited (black), and the 50mm / f1.4 FA lens (also in black).

- first, the 31mm Limited (black): this lens is in very nice condition: you'd have trouble telling it from a new lens. Perfect glass and mechanics. No visible cosmetic marks. Comes with all original accessories (caps, box, packaging). Asking USD 675 + shipping and insurance at cost (or as close as I can estimate). SOLD.

- the 77mm Limited (black): this lens is in nice condition: minor marks on the barrel and metal lens cap keep me from calling this mint. It is nevertheless very clean cosmetically. Glass is perfect, mechanically sound. Comes with original caps, pouch, and box (but the bar code is cut out). Asking USD 550 + shipping and insurance at cost. SOLD! with Microsoft cashback on eBay at a 25% discount. I'm always happy to extract cash from Microsoft, even if it's for the buyer!

- the 50mm / f1.4 FA: this lens again is in very nice condition. Mechanically perfect, glass is fine. Comes with caps, original box (bar code is cut out). Asking USD 175 + shipping and insurance at cost. This lens is now available on eBay auction number 250318114188 and is eligible for the Microsoft cash back offer if you live in the USA. SOLD.

Paypal OK (even encouraged), but I will ship only to a confirmed Paypal address, and I will need to insure the package for full value (note that this means that an international shipment will be declared for full value for customs purposes - also I've recently noticed that USPS Priority Mail has instituted an insurance limit of $500, so that's out for the more expensive items). frankly speaking, the price tag may look good a couple of months ago but nowadays because alomst all other currencies are much weaker (say, canadian & UK's dropped over 25%) , plenty of pentax lenses from some good canadian dealers on ebay are very cheap now & the only reason that people looking for a lens on our forum is that the fellow pentaxians may help w/ shipping & duty to reduce international pentaxian's cost.

ppl who wanna get some limited lenses in US could also have a look at this, brandnew siliver 31 +UV & 8year warranty only for USD 588+30 & no import tax:

Hmm, you can also go to eBay - Deals on new and used electronics, clothing, collectables and more on eBay and find the same seller advertising it for $780 Canadian... which is about $640 US.

This is a case where I guess it pays to shop the various internation eBay sites. I did this recently when buying my Zeiss 135mm, I purchased from the UK eBay site, where similar lenses seem to sell for a little less than the US site.

For future reference, this is only for items whose postage you're purchasing online. You can insure up to $5,000 (I think) by taking your packet to the post office and buying the postage + insurance there. I had to do this the other day to insure my K10D for $750 when I sent it to Pentax Repairs.

Note that the final cost after the cash back should be $131.25 + shipping/insurance, assuming the 25% cash back holds. That's an incredible deal on this lens.
