An almost new-in-box Tele-Lentar 600mm F8 in excellent condition. Includes original box, packaging, lens pamphlet, carrying case with zipper, and integrated hood. Mount is M42. NOTE: The Spotmatic and tripod in the pics are not included in the price. It certainly is an excellent example of great mid-century industrial art  The lens was checked for any dust / fungus, and was attached to a K20 for numerous test shots. I probably don't need to say it's a bit awkward to use without a tripod! The $165.00 Pricing includes US Domestic (mainland) shipping. Hawaii will be extra because of the size and weight. I'll probably pack the lens separate from the original box to prevent further weakening of the box (the corners are starting to fail). I'll work with anyone who would like to have the lens shipped internationally, but you pick up the extra shipping cost which might be up to $75-$100. That said, assuming the aperture and focus are working, there aren't many 'features' to work... it manually focuses and has a manually actuated aperture (no auto-stop-down). So maybe not super-easy on a K7, and certainly giving up things like autofocus and autoexposure... and 600mm is a long lens, as Gatorguy mentioned... For those wondering if this hulk can actually capture a decent picture. I sat on my back porch and snapped a few through an old K20. Here are some samples: 1. Small planter at about 60 feet.  2. Bird feeder tube at about 80 feet.  3. Back fence at about 125 feet.  PM me if interested in this lens...and feel free to make an offer. It needs a good home! | |
