It's in good shape, the lens looks clean and retracts well, the back LCD is scratch free, the body in general has no scratches. It comes with the protector ring that you remove to attach the hood, a 512MB SD card, hood, two Wasabi batteries and a pouch. The lower price is because, as it's apparently common with these cameras, if left unused for extended periods of time the ADJ wheel will require a bit of working in to avoid the camera freezing.
