Cosmetically it's in good shape, comes with both caps. However, there's very light haze. I've used it a few times, pointed away from bright light and stopped down it's still sharp and looks good.

Just a quick bump for this generous give-away.

While haze with age is sometimes a problem for Tokina-made zooms, the troublesome elements on this particular model are fairly accessible for cleaning without need to disassemble the complicated parts of the lens. For a quick explanation, the linked page below on the Manual Lens Forum is helpful:
