I think this is one of the nicest shoulder mounts made. The company is no longer in business, but this is not an issue as they are very rugged and there is nothing that wears out.
While I have seen photographers mount 500mm F4.0 lenses on it, that is probably a little too much lens. It is excellent paired up with an FA*400, D-FA150-450, DA*300, or DA*200, or the DA*60-250.
The unit is light, sturdy, very adjustable, can be easily be fitted with an Arca-Swiss QR compatible clamp. The trigger cable has a 2.5mm stereo jack (all current Pentax camera bodies). The front support & handle can be easily removed if a shorter configuration is preferred.
Good for team sports, motor sports, birds in flight, wildlife.
