There's one available on EBAY as of 7PM EST USA for $19. Seller says he will ship worldwide with a few exceptions.

Thanks, yes, I've messaged the seller already as the shipping is currently set at $50 for my location which just isn't realistic on a $19 case.

That is a bummer. It's a major problem mailing anything overseas from the USA. Even mailing a package to Canada raises the cost significantly. I've ordered some things on EBAY that come from Japan, and the shipping extra is tolerable. Stuff ordered from China the added shipping cost is insignificant, Small wonder that China has become a merchant to the world. Advice to the USPS: 1) lower the prices for mailing overseas to make domestic sellers competitive; 2) recover the cost by kicking up the absurdly low cost of bulk mailing catalogs. It seems like half the paper in our mailbox are catalogs from companies from which we never have and never would order anything.

Yes, it's painful. Managed to get the seller to switch on GSP for the listing so now purchased it. Still ended up at $56 with shipping and import tax but better than a nearly $100 as it would have been before.
