Item Description
From what I gather this is a pretty rare item. It is easily in excellent shape, with very few signs of use. The markings are clear and bright. There is no signs of disassembly or corrosion on the assembly screws. It operates smoothly, with the proper amount of focus damping. Both the male and female threads are clean.

The case shows age as much as anything, as the pictures show. There is some fraying of the inner fabric. I'm fairly certain this is the correct case, but the fit is pretty snug. The snap works properly.

I'm tempted to keep it just for historical value, but if someone wants it/can use it, I'm happy to keep it among the faithful; that's why I'm listing it here first.

I had no idea they had one of these in m42 -- do you know the min & max extension?

That's a good piece of data to add: I put a mic on it, and measuring from the front face to the rear mounting flat (not the rear threads), I measure 17mm+ to 31mm or a little less. HTH.

Apparently there was an m37 version also.
