The FA* 80-200 is a very nice lens. The copy I had in the past out shot my DA* 200 - they were equally sharp but the zoom had fewer aberrations.

Thanks! The FA* 80-200 is indeed a superb lens, at least on par with most of my primes within the range.

The FA* 80-200, 100 macro, and AF540fgz II have been sold. Only AF540fgz is available. And the price is reduced to $140 shipped.

I am unsurprised the 80-200 went fast. That's a great lens - not as good as the DFA by all accounts but still a great lens. Lighter weight and retro style all make it desired.
