Hi panoguy. No, the baffle is still there, but the rectangle-looking protruding part was removed.

I have the same lens, with the modification also, and can vouch for it. To me, for many years, it has been serving as a FF lens. So much so that I don't think about it at all anymore.

If this has been modified for Full Frame, can it be changed back? If I were to use it in the modified state, how will it affect the photos on a stock K3II? I had rented one of these several years ago to photograph a race and looking back on my photos of that day, I am pleased and may consider a purchase of a lens such as this. Attached is one of my favorites from that day. Thank you for your time.

Thanks cyclonefe. It cannot be reversed since it was trimmed but I don't see how it would affect picture quality in a K3II since the sensor is even smaller than in the K1. Very cool picture of the camaro!
