Yes , it is getting harder and harder to get one of those in Pentax mount.
I ordered mine from the last "special" Pentax run , it was few years back.
It was not available with Pentax mount any more after that production run.

Thank you for your message and support of my listing - yes these are getting quite scarce now in Pentax mount. Only way to get this wide with a crop sensor. Fantastic image quality. Only selling it as I have changed to another system.
Some lucky buyer will be very happy with this lens.

Great find for someone! I’ve been happy with the 11-18 and 10-17 but the 8-16 is a fine lens by all accounts.
