Sorry folks, payment sent. For anyone interested, Ottawaphotog has another good copy for sale for a reasonable price in this thread. I think I was the only one in line for that, so it might be up for grabs now (Ottawaphotog is trying to unload the entire package first, but it still works out if you are not in a hurry).
