[SOLD] Large Sale - Multiple items.

Well folks, it's time for me to clear out the closet and sell stuff that hasn't seen much use in the past few months.

Items in this sale:

Pentax K100D camera body. (Time for the older backup body to go)

Pentax DA 50-200/4.5-5.6 zoom lens. (Was a stop-gap before I got the Sigma)

Pentax M 50/1.7 normal prime. (Got it brand new (yes in 2006) for my MX)

Pentax M 100/2.8 Short-Medium Telephoto. (I have no idea why I got this one, but it was a nice lens.)

M42 set, 35/2.8, 50/1.4, 85/2 and 200/3.5. All for a rounded small sum, see details below. (reason: I simply don't use M42 anymore.)

Pentax K2 SLR film body. I picked this up for cheap but never ever used it. Person who sold it said it was fine but it's not tested.

Items are being posted in posts below with pics and pricing info, please check.

Item # 1, Pentax K100D Body Only.

This K100D has served me well, so well in fact that it has some 11,000 shots on it now. I used the camera as part of duo with the *ist DS that I used to have; when the K10D arrived I decided to keep it around as a backup for the K10D and/or travel camera, but things have changed now. My backup camera is going to be another K10D while the travel camera is an MX, bye bye K100D.

There's barely any physical signs of use on this camera, the high number of shots were all taken in a span of 3 days, was at the 4000 mark when the ice-hockey event began, by the end of the event it had flipped the frame counter and is now back at the late-900 level, making a total of approximately 11,000.

Items included are everything the camera came with, including the original box, BONUS items are: 8 Energizer 2500mAh cells with the slow energizer charger, pictured below.

Price: $380 USD + actual-shipping cost.

Free Bonus (I got enloops now for my flash)

Feel free to ask any question.

On to the next item...

Item # 2, Pentax DA 50-200 zoom

This zoom I got for the sole reason of "stop gap" until I got either an FA*200/2.8 prime or the Sigma 70-200 zoom, it hasn't been used since I got the Sigma, and I've been lazy in selling it off, not anymore though.

I have barely used the lens more than a few times, by few I mean 5-6. The image quality of this lens is simply fantastic, however, the Sigma beats it for brightness and sharpness, but not for colour and contrast.

If you don't tell anyone that the lens is used, they won't be able to say that it's not new, great condition all round, no scratches anywhere, glass or barrel. From what I can tell there's no optical manufacturing defect in this copy. Only marks I see are very faint handling marks on the lens hood.

Comes in original box.

Price: $145 + actual shipping.

Again, any additional info? Please ask.

Now for #3.

Item # 3, Pentax M 50mm f/1.7 Prime

Last item for this thread... more to follow in another.

I got this lens because I wanted an "authentic" normal for my MX.

I got the lens on eBay as a Brand New, old-stock item and it's basically in perfect brand new condition. Used it a bit with my DSLRs and the MX, works great, and I don't really need to tell anyone about the optical performance of these.

Comes with the original box and packing along with an Asahi Pentax UV filter and round metallic Asahi Pentax lens hood, I have been the only user of this lens so far.

Price: $65 ($20 lower than KEH EX copies of this lens, while this is brand new) + shipping.

Free Bonus:

Next thread either tonight or tomorrow.

Cheers,
-Asad

It's true... although a bigger pain for me is to keep unused stuff around, it's almost an itch that becomes more unbearable with time.

Goes hand in hand with the other itch, some call it LBA... :ugh:
