[SOLD] Pentax DA 14mm 2.8 and Tamron 28-75mm 2.8 lenses

It's time to consolidate my lens collection. I'm selling off a couple of my most loved lenses in hopes of raising funds for a DA* 16-50mm.

I will post sample shots from each lens below.

For sale: Pentax DA 14mm 2.8 lens (SOLD)

Condition: Very good. Minor wear marks on body. Pentax logo on front lens cap a little worn. Glass is excellent with no signs of scratches, dust or fungus. Works perfectly on my K20D.

Price: $375, including shipping in the US only (sold for asking price, including free shipping to Canada)

Includes: Front and rear lens caps, hood, Tiffen 77mm UV Protector filter (ring is a bit scuffed, but glass is good and fits just fine)

Payment accepted: PayPal

I purchased this lens from a local pro photographer about a year and a half ago. It's in the same condition as when I purchased it, since I have used it very little. I just don't see wide, so I'm passing it on. It's a gem of a lens though and I'm sad to see it go.

For sale: Tamron SP AF Aspherical XR Di LD (IF) 28-75mm 1:2.8 Macro lens (SOLD)

Condition: Excellent. No scuffs, dings or wear marks. Glass shows no signs of scratches, dust or fungus. For having used it often, the lens was babied and in mint condition.

Price: $250, including shipping in the US only. (sold at asking price)

Includes: Front and rear lens caps, hood and original box.

Payment accepted: PayPal

This was my first lens. It was purchased new before I even had my first Pentax camera body. It's been one reliable, workhorse of a lens with quick, accurate focus and pleasing bokeh. The lens is sharp, even wide open with wonderful colors and contrast. I love this lens! Your LBA can help fuel my LBA!

Please PM offers or questions. I'm also happy to answer questions here in the thread.

The first 3 sample photos are in the Pentax Photo Gallery. All four shots were shot as jpeg with the K10D.

I can't believe that 14mm lens has not sold yet- that is the cheapest I've seen one of them going for by over $100

BTW, that picture of the woman rolling the 'cigarrette' is great! I especially like the "flowers" in her right ear haha! Is that home-grown stuff?

Wonderfully done!

I just want to give someone a good deal because I got a tremendous deal when I bought it from a local pro, who was switching systems (Leica... I can't blame him!)

As for that picture... it was shot for Heads magazine which decided to close it's doors the month we were going to be published. The model is part the medical cannabis program here in Oregon.

It seems as though the bokeh is misplaced?

You'd rather have another part of the composition in focus, eh?
