To contact the seller, you can click on their name on the left top and a drop down menu will appear. You want to select the "send a private message to *****" and another window will appear.
In the title line, you probably will want to put the item the person has for sale.
In the message, you should put:
The item you're interested in;
The cost of said item;
any brief message you feel that you need to include (maybe name, email address, request for pictures of said item, or more clarification of what it is for sale)
*since this seller uses paypal, maybe add your paypal account name, for verification- I usually do*
