Item name: Sigma AF 70-200mm F2.8 EX APO AF IF For Pentax SLR / DSLR

Condition: Excellent
- The glass is perfect, no scratch on the front and rear elements.
- 100% working condition, Zoom ring and focus ring are smooth
- Never serviced.
- Lens barrel shows normal signs of use, paint wears and rub marks, but overall the lens still looks very good, as shown in the pictures

It should be the 1st generation of the AF sigma 70-200/2.8 since there's no words like "DG" or "Macro" on the barrel. works great.
I heard that there's a later "macro" version (sigma 70-200 EX DG Macro II ? don't know if there's a pentax mount copy) was soft at 200mm however this one is a very sharp version.

I did some research and decide to lower the price to $495 + actual shipping, through paypal.
and the lens comes with a very nice new lens pouch

Some feel that this version is better optically than the later version, because Sigma wasn't trying to force the close-focus 'macro' issue with this one.

This is a pretty good deal. Not many lenses more fun than a long f/2.8 zoom...

For whoever buys it, go out and get the 1.4x and 2x teleconverters,

And the difference between this and the DG version? Only thing I've dug up is the DG one has a more coatings to prevent flare...
