Those are not the same, they are the II version.
Yours has no tripod collar and no ED lenses.

You are wrong, all three version has the same optical formula, the difference between the first and the seconds is only tripod collar and the third has an addition digital coating.

I don't really want to sell the lens, my wife is making me narrow down my
lens collection, so i'm really doing it unwillingly. It is very possible that this lens will be also available in the summer.

I have this exact lens in this version and like it very much. Very useful range and good size and weight. I waited a long time to find my copy but currently have it in for a CLA. I miss it very much but fall back on the DA50-200. If I had the Tokina with me I would use that by choice for my work lens at the functions I am required to do pics for. As Patriot says this lens has always received a lot of strong support and was always snapped up quickly previously.
