Canon 400mm F4.5 SSC (pentax)

Item Description
This is a Canon 400/4.5 FD SSC lens modified to k-mount. It focuses to infinity. You need to perform stop down metering and there is no auto-aperture (works like a m42 lens in that regard). The k-mount bayonet is epoxied in its place since I did not want to damage the barrel by drilling a hole (lets say I chickened out).

This is a IF lens (length of lens stays the same) and is pretty light weight for its aperture and focal length. Please Google "Canon 400mm f4.5 S.S.C." for more information.

Cosmetic condition is rather poor but glass is in good shape for its age. Please see pictures in post #4 of this thread. I can send additional pictures if requested. I have attached 2 pictures taken with the lens. Lens comes with front cap, rear cap and canon 1x drop in filter.
