Includes Sigma rear and generic front cap. Aperture clean and snappy. Focusing ring operates smoothly. Glass looks great, with two minor scratches on front element near the edge of the lens. In last picture, the innermost one is visible at top center. Hard to see normally. I had to work to find an angle that made them visible. No noticeable effect on images.
