I'm going to check this afternoon the the shipment cost to Australia using EMS ( Express Mail Service-with tracking number) By the way, thanks for your interest. This is really a sharp lens at f2.8 up. I will post pictures taken by this lens

sample picture of my youngest son. This was taken at F1.4 which is the softest aperture of this lens. If you want pictures to be sharp then step down to at least 2.8 and up.

Give it some time. It WILL be snapped. Certainly at this low price!

I've paid more for mine and still think I've got a bargain.
Now I have hard time choosing which one to let go: FA50/1.4 or F50/1.7.
F1.7 is definitely sharper until f2.8, but wide open F1.4 can get you the "glow" that you can't get any other way.

Thanks for giving me hope. You beter let your FA50mm 1.4 stay. It's really a gem. I;m just letting mine go because the FOV is just very narrow on my K200d. I usually take pictures in my school and most of the time group pictures.

Pentax FA50mm 1.4. Taken with flash. You can see the harch effect of the K200d built-in flash but not really bad at all.
