The teleconverter have the two Powerzoom/SDM connectors. However, I do not have an SDM neither a powerzoom lens to test it.

I hope it helps.

No on the DA * 50-135mm. The pins are there, but require the lens to compress them in order to transmit the voltage. I tested this with a volt meter. With the leads just touching the pins, no connectivity. When compressing the pins, connectivity. It seems the DA * 50-135mm can't compress the pins far enough for there to be connectivity.

Thank you
Russell

Yep! If you guys can post some pics then I think it would help on the sales.
From what I observed, people are kinda wary of new products or "untried" products and it usually helps if some pictures of the the item for sale could be posted and how it fared in the real world.
Once the product in question is shown to actually do good, then the price and the demand for it usually goes up!
Just see what happened to the 50mm 1.4 &1.7, be it either the "M" or the "A".
From their meager prices before, they have now shot up crazily high!
Even the demand for them seems to still not have let up!

As it is, I'm "kind of" interested in such a TC, but am also considering other options (400mm telephoto lenses, 500mm mirror lenses, etc). I'm also not entirely convinced the results would be enough better than just cropping to be worth the bother for me, given my relatively limited need for focal lengths beyond 200mm.

I stupidly passed up on one of these selling for $5 at Ritz recently. I guess I remember the Vivitar 2x converter from my 35mm days, and was not impressed.
