Sorry Ntrao, I have been seeing the pics all day. They are are up there now.

While I'm here I might as well give him a shameless plug. I bought one of the last Pentax-A 50 f1.4 lens offered and it is by far my favorite lens to use currently. Great lens if you need a 50.

The Pentax-A series of lenses are Manual Focus but support automatic aperture control.

So if I use my k20D or k200d on Shutter priority, it will automatically chose the correct aperature?

As long as the lens is in the "A" setting on the aperture ring it should behave as you describe.

Another quick question since I am debating to buy this or Pentax SMCP-FA 50mm f/1.4

What is the difference between the two lenses? I was assuming one was automatic while the other one was manual, but this doesn't seem to be the case

The FA 50mm is auto focus the A 50mm is manual focus
