Filter was always in place (until seller the filter set with the K100D a few days ago). Includes box, hood, front and rear caps. Barely used after buying the DA 12-24. Please note that I did not take many images with the 18-55, since I bought the 12-24 shortly thereafter and rarely used the 18-55. Check my feedback here - no negatives.
