Pentax SMC A 50mm F1.7

Item Description
I'm selling a duplicate A 50mm F1.7 to help pay for a k20d that is already in the mail (Yay!

).

The lens is in very good condition and it would probably be closer to excellent if it were not for a small scratch on the aperture ring and a little blemish in the coating on the rear lens element.

The blemish is about 0.5mm in diameter and about 3mm from the edge of the element. It was hard to take a photo of, but you can see it here. I have not seen any evidence of this in the photos I've taken with the lens.

There is only a very small amount of dust, and what is there are very small particles. No fungus present.

Aperture blades are clean and move smooth. Aperture ring moves pretty smoothly (a little rougher than my A 35-70mm F4, but no rougher than my other A 50mm F1.7) and has no problem moving into the "A" position.

Lens comes with generic front and rear caps, and I can also put a 1A skylight filter on it if you want.

PS. I'll also be selling a M 50mm F1.4, a M 50mm F1.7, an A 35-70mm F4 and a Takumar Bayonet 135mm F2.5 over the next couple day, so keep an eye out for those.

Wish I wasn't saving for a K-7. Can't buy it, but it's well worth it for digital. My workhorse lens - sharp, and zero distortion, zero aberrations.

Where to? With USPS it looks like it is about $18 to Canada and $5 to US with Priority Mail, provided I get the package to weigh less than 1 lb.
