[SOLD] Tamron 1.4x Pz-AF MC4 Teleconverter & Quantaray 2x Teleconverter

PentaxForums.com Marketplace Listing

Item for Sale
Tamron 1.4x Pz-AF MC4 Teleconverter & Quantaray 2x Teleconverter

Asking Price
Tamron TC: $135 [SOLD]
Quantaray TC: $40 (reduced from $50) [SOLD]

Item Description
I've been buying stuff like crazy since I got my Pentax K100D two years ago and now I'm looking to sell some stuff that I just don't use to (partially) fund my LBA (looking at the Pentax DA*16-50). If these sell I'll list more items later.

Tamron-F 1.4X Pz-AF MC4 Teleconverter (TC) : $135 shipped in CONUS

For sale is a used Tamron-F 1.4X Pz-AF MC4 Teleconverter for Pentax mount that's in excellent condition. I bought this used on this forum last year. This TC has SDM contacts that enable it to autofocus silently with SDM equipped lenses; I have tested this with a Sigma 70-200 f/2.8 DG HSM II lens. It will also autofocus with non-SDM lenses with a conventional screw-drive. Lens comes with front and rear caps (neither original).

Quantaray 2x AF Teleconverter (TC) : $50 shipped in CONUS

Very lightly used Quantaray 2x AF Teleconverter. I purchased this new and have only used it twice. Comes with front and rear caps as well as a pouch and original packaging (packaging is a little worn).

I'm in the process of contacting people who expressed interest. Waiting to hear back from the first responder.

In the interest of fairness, all PM's should be logged in the thread. I only see one person as having sent you a PM.

Hi everyone! Here is the latest:

Marc was the first responder and bought the Tamron 1.4x TC. I actually have two of these so I've decided to sell the second as well. The one that is still for sale is the one that is in the picture.

I have a PM out to joeyc who was second in line for the second Tamron TC and I'm waiting to hear from him. If he doesn't respond by tomorrow morning I'll see if DJC (the third responder) is interested, and I'll move to the next if DJC decides to pass.

The Quantaray 2x TC is also still available.

Thanks for looking!

Dave

I believe it would be worthwhile that people should log or post a PM sent message inorder to determine the buyers' lineup. it's a good thing that you prioritize who's first in line. anyway, I do feel that some here don't follow that ruling and it's their prerogative. but personally speaking, it did left a bad taste for me when I was a first time potential buyer here. I wasn't honored as the first buyer. but it's ok.

Hi Pentaxor -

I agree and I try to honor that and give each person a reasonable amount of time to respond when its their "turn"...and I go in order of PM received.

I'm assuming the situation you were referring to was another sale item and not mine...correct? I don't have a PM from you.

Dave

yes Dave. I do appreciate the honesty more than to give alibis and keep your hopes up for nothing. honestly, if I would had been first in line when I saw your first post just minutes after it was posted. it's really a tempting offer. but my wallet is pretty tied right now. my wife would kill me if she finds out I made another purchase this month, via UPS !
