Next the 35mm f2.0

You'll notice that there is a small piece of black electrical tape on the side near the filter threads. That's just to hold the cap on tighter. Easily removed. The hood is a Vivitar. A little deeper than the OEM version and has scratches on it but works better on APSc than the OEM one.

The Tak 105 has 5 people with expressions of interest. The first in line wanted photos of the lens before deciding, which I only posted an hour ago. So I'll give him the day to have a chance to see the update.

Peter, are you sure about selling the 50?

I've got one which wild horses couldn't seperate me from.
kerrowdown, Yeah you're right but she's sold now. This entire thread is more about funds than anything. My son just had new baby boy and needs some help with a few things. He has a few medical issues and although the health care is covered, the drugs aren't and he doesn't have a plan right now (which we will change shortly).

So a lens can always be replaced, even if it costs more the next time. But there's no doubt that the 50 1.2 will create OOF rendering like no other lens (and I have the FA*85mm f1.4) I ever used. Plus the thing can see in the dark.

many people, myself included can vouch for Peter due to direct business. if Peter says it is in a certain condition, you can expect it to be just as described without any worries of getting scammed. Peter is an honest and very reputable seller, and person in general. you shouldn't worry about purchasing from Peter. sorry to hear about your troubles though.
Thanks Seamuis, It's appreciated.

If you have an interest in this lens but you are fearful of sellers here, you may explicitly trust Peter Zack. Not only will the lens be better than it is described, if you feel it isn't I'd bet Peter would take it back without questions.

Fear not, if you want the lens.
Thanks Paul. Yes I would, if the product isn't as described or better, I'd refund the entire deal and take the item back.

Any interest in the 35mm or 135mm? I'm open to reasonable offers.

Prices updated (dropped). I'll leave this here for today and then it goes on Ebay if there's no interest.

Just thought I'd say it, and make a little bump.

From a hardware freak who happens to like taking pictures of people...
I've been looking at this thread something like 3x a day ever since it came out. I wanted the 105 but couldn't bring myself to commit. What with failing eyesight and all. It was gone too quick. Still I fantasize over the beautiful images of the 35 and the 135. What would I do with them on my camera. Still don't know. Haven't found what I could possibly do with the Sigma 24-60, the Tokina 19-35 and the PentaxA 35-105 yet.

First time I went over to Peter's and Miserere's site and what made me decide not to indulge my hardware lust was that article by Miserere where he writes:
Don’t buy a new camera until you’ve hit all its limitations and have found your photography restricted by them for at least 3 months. Do this, and you may never have to buy another camera ever again.
I take it to apply to lenses, too.
But here I am again. heh heh.
Thanks Peter Zack.
Hope you have some other lenses when I CAN buy them.
