I am selling my beloved Sigma 28-70mm 1:2.8 EX DG in Excellent Condition.
I have the Sigma 17-70mm F2.8-4.5 and I can have both. I like the constant 2.8 of this lens but I do not have the kit lens anymore, so I need the wide focal lens of the 17-70mm.

There are some reports that this lens is a little soft wide open. I found this a good copy and it is comparable to my 17-70mm lens wide open (also 2.8 at 17-23mm focal length).

The lens is in mint condition. It comes with the original front and back covers. No Box either, spring clean up at home means anything not in used gets thrown away by my wife. Now I keep the lens boxes at the office.
I do not have the original hood either. It got misplaced shortly after I got it. I am including a petal screw in hood (purchased in Ebay for $12.95) You can still attach the front cover to the hood while in transit.
I will also include a 67mm UV and Circular Polarizer set for this lens.

I am selling this lens unless I get a very good offer for my Sigma 17-70mm in like new condition with box and original paperwork + a 72mm Tiffen CPL.

Shipping is USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation for $8.95 in the CONUS.

International buyers pay extra.

it is a nice lens for a price, look (not his copy, but still) - and just around $200-something !

Thanks deejjjaaaa, it is a nice lens. I just need to sell the ones I do not use or have covered with other lens. I have the 17-70mm and I need the wide angle so this one needs to go.
