Wow. What a nice selection/collection. The FA* Macro is the Pentax lens I would love to have over all others. Unfortunately I will probably never even see one in person, and almost definitely never be able to afford one.
Adam's a lucky man.
Maybe if we go to Adam's house, he'll let us touch it.

For a second there I had a crazy thought about buying all of it, but I quickly realized I would have to find a place to live after the wife sees the next banking statement.....

You guys are too much! So long as you are careful with it, I don't mind a fellow Pentaxian using mine. I've let someone use my FA* 200/4 Macro before (in my presence of course): Russ (rfortson) got to briefly play with it a bit a couple weekends ago. I offered it's use to Scott (sajmmiller) back in April. He used it for a while during my macro class in April: https://www.pentaxforums.com/forums/post-your-photos/58247-macro-marc-langille-5-images.html. I'll be bringing it to my workshops so hopefully we can find some good subject matter and they can have a go with it too!!

BTW, it's focal length is truly a treat. Adam is definitely a lucky guy to obtain that lens!! Congrats Adam!!

Cheers,
Marc

Price is lowered on some lenses to expedite the sale.

The lens will be in tomorrow, so stay tuned

P.S. Marc had the two best pentax lenses- FA* 300/2.8 and 200/4 Macro before I even started dreaming about a single FA*!

I said to myself a while ago, NO more lenses!! But that Voigtlander speaks to me. It would fit so nicely with my V 180/4. They could get married and get some Baby voigtlanders, maby the 58/1.4 or the 20/3.5...

Ah, im broke anyway, should never have bought that bicycle :O

Hi, like I was saying, I'm interested to purchase the 31mm if it is available. How do I send you a private message, or how do you send me a private message? Please let me know. Thank you.

Click on aegisphan's name in any post and a drop down menu will appear. Then click on "send a private message to..." and do it.

Welcome to the forum. I was going to say that in a PM, but wasn't sure you'd get it! The 31 is fantastic btw!

Actually, most of the shots were taken with the Pentax A 50/1.2 at 1.2. And I used my FA 77 to take the product shot of the 50 itself.
Thanks for answering my question--though now I don't have any excuses except lack of talent!
Great pics, and all the best with the new system!

How much did you sell the FA*200 for?
Since you removed the price after you sold it.

Please PM the seller if you'd like him to disclose that information
