[SOLD] Sigma's: 24-70mm F2.8 Macro, 100-300mm F4.0, 1.4x TC

Hello all - I am selling three items - all Sigma, all in very good condition (see details below), all functioning as they should. Prices will be a 'shipped' price via USPS. Looking to ship in the USA only first, but may ship elsewhere. Payment via Paypal or MO. If you're in or around Philly, I am OK with meeting.

Due to my current location, I cannot post any photos until tomorrow evening at the earliest.

1. SOLD Sigma 24-70mm F2.8 Macro: Great lens - very sharp throughout, quite usable wide open, but like most, this lens shines from F5.6 on. Excellent shape. I would rate the lens body at 9.5 out of 10, as it has been used. The glass a 9.0 out of 10, as there is the tiniest mark on the coating of front element. It does not affect the IQ one bit, tough to even see, but I prefer to underpromise and overdeliver. In other words, I don't want any surprises and would rather you be quite happy with your new lens!

I added a step down ring (82-77) and a 77mm Sigma center pinch cap as I found this to be superior to the normal 82mm cap. See this thread.

I am the original owner of about two months. I have the box, caps, hood, etc. Everything as new.

$395

2. Sigma 100-300mm F4.0: Another great lens - usable wide open, but best stopped down some. What I have found with this lens is that it is sharp at F4.0, but the shallow depth of field at 300mm makes it better at F7.1-8.0. I'd rate the lens body at 8.0 out of 10, with the only signs of wear being some finish starting to flake in a few spots around the tripod collar. This is not uncommon for EX lenses. The glass is 9.0 of 10, with the only thing to note being a few minor dust specs under the front element. Like above, I tend to be conservative with my descriptions of items I sell. I don't want any surprises.

Included is the lens, hood, collar, caps, green soft case, and box - everything as new.

$750

3. 'SOLD Sigma 1.4x TC: A great combination with the above 100-300 F4.0 lens. Does not work with HSM or SDM lenses in autofocus. I have used it on the 100-300 with success. Good overall shape - 8 out of 10. Glass is clean and free from any damage.

$125

If anyone wants the 100-300 and TC, I will sell for a combined $825. If anyone wants all three (and they do make a great team), I will sell for $1150.

I realize that I don't have a lot of feedback here, but to anyone that may be interested, I can provide a username on eBay and fourthirdsphoto.com. Many transactions on both of those sites.

Some may want to know why I want to sell these items. I recently purchased some DA LTD's and want to put together a 'light' kit. Some recent jobs have me literally in the field and want to be lighter than these two lenses.

Trade:
As for those who may want to trade. I am interested in one of two items at this time: Pentax 16-45 F4.0 and Pentax SMC M 50 F1.7.

Thanks,

Joe

Some photos of the 100-300mm as promised. A few have asked for some examples at various apertures. I will provide them tomorrow. They are on a different computer that I do not have access to at the moment.
