Item Description
This is the legendary teleconverter that adds autofocus to any manual focus lenses. I bought this brand new, and I haven't used it at all. Since I've been on a film buying binge, I decided I should send this off to a home that will actually use it.

Included are the box, papers, and pouch. Pics to come soon.
