You all know the ridiculous quality standards of B+W, so if you considering this, you know it will fit your exacting requirements. It is in excellent condition; not mint, but I'd say about 93.59% mint -- that's just an estimate though

I'm not sure what all the letters mean, but to me it looks like a Skylight filtre. If anyone can shed some light on this, that would be super.

I have one of these for my 50mm. It is used for producing natural skin tone in natural light. It can also act as a skylight but be aware it will affect the image color slightly. This filter worked very well with Konica or Kodakchrome 100 in the old days.
