This is a high quality aircraft grade allmium lens plate that is 2.8 inch long and 1.5 inch wide. With safety screws. With Arca swiss Dove tail design. For use with clamps from Really right stuff & Kirk ect.. Arca Swiss is the best system around for mounting your gear.. What the PRO's use

The pic shows it mounted to the foot of the DA*300mm F4. (not included). Would suit other tripod lens foot aswell! You will get the allen keys aswell, not shown.
