Kaleinar 3B 150mm f2.8 in Pentacon 6 mount

This is a Russian lens built like a tank. It is in excellent cosmetic condition. The focus is smooth but with little play. Glass is mint and blades are clean. Comes with two filters, front and rear cap, and leather carrying case.

The only issue I see with this lens that the pin for the auto-diaphragm tends to get stuck, which, doesn't matter unless you use this lens in a Pentacon automatic camera. For stop-down metering the blades open and close properly when operated by the aperture ring.

I am including a Pentacon 6 to Pentak K adaptor in "bargain" shape. I don't really like this adaptor as it got stuck once forcing me to use a wrench to get it loose (hence the marks on it). Maybe if you clean it...

Warning: This lens weight almost 2 pounds. If you like to carry a light equipment, this lens is not for you. That fact has to do with the reason I am selling it.


Sigma 28-70 f2.8 EX DG

This is a great general lens. I got it on the bay few months ago and have used it plenty (specially when I go on quick trips and want to carry only one lens).

My issue with this lens is that I need the fast aperture for photography at local coffee shops, and this lens tends to be soft wide open over 50mm. And for that focal length I have the F 50mm which give me an extra stop. Additionally, this lens also makes a little more noise than other auto zooms.

I am selling it as a way to finance an off-brand 85mm f1.4. Lens comes with generic rear cap and Sigma front cap.
