I've owned one of these lenses for a couple of years and I absolutely love it. It is so much smaller than any other 300mm lens that it's easy to carry when hiking or birding. It also feels really good on the camera; you can grip it by the narrow barrel and carry the whole thing dumbell-style. Most important, the IQ is fantastic--great sharpness and subject isolation. I hope someone picks this beauty up soon.
