The Slik universal tripods are designed primarily for SLR cameras and feature a number of exciting design concepts.

The world's most popular multi-purpose tripods. The U212 deluxe(88M) features speed release leg locks on three section "NON-TWIST" legs,a quick release camera post,ultra-smooth 3-way panhead, lens calibrated panorama guide,retractable rubber leg tips. Threaded mounting post on one leg lets you bring camera down to just 200mm from the ground for low angle photos or copy work. Also includes a bubble level for accurate vertical positioning.


A unique lens calibrated panorama guide eliminates the angular calculations normaly required for effective panoramic photos.

When using 28mm,50mm,or 100mm lenses on a SLR camera. A panoramic series of photos can easily be made by panning from one calibrated guide mark to the next.

Supports long tele/zoom lens at two points for stability.Ideal for nature photography.

I have one of these for hiking. Nice tripod.

I agree, this is a good, inexpensive tripod. Very sturdy. Mine doesn't get much use, but if I had to use it, I wouldn't complain. Good luck with the sale.

Bump for the day so no one misses this.

The quick release post is unique and far better than the usual plate. But is the first thing that people seem to lose so many of these tripods listed for sale have the post missing.
