Found it! Thanks to all correspondents.

I will pay up to $35 including shipping and all other charges for a new or like-new adapter to mount M42 lenses on K-mount bodies. At present, I will only purchase a genuine Pentax product.

I don't currently have any M42 lenses, BTW, but I want to be ready if an interesting one comes along. I am located in USA, zipcode 21037 and can pay by PayPal

Why not just go to the PentaxWebstore (official) and buy it there (about US$30). I did and would prefer having a new one actually:
