KatzEye Split Prism Focus Screen with OptiBrite enhancement for *ist DS, DS2. This has a small mark on the lower corner, it does not affect focus and is not easily noticeable in the viewfinder. From talking with Katz Eye this will also fit the K10D, *ist D, K20D as well, but *not* the K100D, K200D, DL, DL2 or K7

I should say - I don't see the mark it at all with the focus screen installed on a *ist DS, but can see the small mark on the focus screen when it is out of the camera.

I am selling because I am upgrading my camera to a K7 and this focus screen will not fit the new camera.

If the Focus Screen, how writing was on a "* ist DS", sure I can go to K20??
The site of Katzeye, are two distinct models.

I called Katz Eye prior to posting this to verify the models that it fits in (and to see if it would work in the K7 - which is the real reason I called them)

I understand from that call that *ist D, DS, DS2, K10D, and K20D all take the same focus screen - I don't know why they have them listed separately as I didn't ask.

I don't think so. They were pretty clear on the models that it fit into, and the K-M(K2000) as well as the Kx were not in that list.
