Not sure why you would want to sell probably the best f4 zoom on the market. But good luck. The wife is going to bury me with mine. and maybe soon if I buy anymore camera gear.
1. So I can buy some lighting gear I need
2. So the wife doesnt bury me when I buy the above mentioned gear

Thanks for the throwing your 2 cents worth as to the quality of the lens.

David

Sorry Cupic but they are obviously making wives of far stronger stuff down here in OZ mate. I hear Jezza's pain. I want this just as much and have just sold the 135-400mm so the temptation is strong, but it is as strong as my healthy fear of going involuntary soprano. ...only the next few days will tell.

Yes they are made of tuff stuff down under. I had the same problem until she found her own hobby with a healthy buying addiction. Now we "discuss" whose toys will be purchased first...

I'll shoot some fresh ones for you. Today was wet and windy here so I couldnt do it. Hopefully will do tomorrow. if not I will set up an indoor shoot with flash.

thanks david,it doesnt matter too mush about the subject matter.
its just ive heard that this lens performs quite poorly when used as a macro/close focus lens, and those pics of the flower sorta confirmed it for me.
although thats not what i would use it for, so anything other than that is good.
this lens doesnt have any focus issues does it?
