Then I realized if I sell it, I will never have to test, then decide whether to keep it.  Construction is adequate but not exceptional in any way. The aperture has 6 blades. Its range is f2 to f16. The ring only clicks at full stops. Minimum focus distance is 0.6 meters, a bit longer than typical Pentax. Filter size is 52mm. Focus is smooth and sweep is 90º. Aperture is snappy and oil-free. There are no scratches or fungus on the glass. There's even a mark for IR focusing. The only condition issue is that the markings for 2 and 1.5 meters are worn.
