For sale is a like-new Voigtlander Ulton 40mm F2.0 SL-II prime lens. It is a full-frame, manual-focus lens that contains a chip and all contacts for the PKA mount. It works like a pentax-A lens on a K7 or K20d. The lens construction, optical quality and sharpness are comparable to that of the Pentax FA limited lenses. Using the included closed-up filter, the lens can achieve a 1/4 life-size magnification ratio. The closed-up filter, originally manufactured for this lens, is also of excelent optical quality and introduces no visible distortions as far as I can see.
I purchased this lens in December 2009. I like the lens a lot but have other lenses in this focal length so I decided to sell it to raise funds to purchase a longer lens. I have used the lens often, but with great care. Other than some scratches in the close-up filter plastic box, I can't see any signs of wear in the lens nor in the close-up filter. Mechanically and optically the lens is like new.
This sale includes the original box, documents, lens hood, close-up filter and lens. Paypal fees are included in the price. Shipping to USA is $15. For other destinations please inquire.
