Great little lens that gets bad reviews on this site. I cannot sell it for what it is worth, which wouldn't be as much as a DA(L) 55-300mm, but is more than the $150 I am asking.

I have attached some cropped samples so you can see what the lens can do at the long end and it only gets better towards 200mm.

If you are looking for some length and don't want to shell out $300+ for a good lens, you can have this acceptable one for a deal.

Lens is in excellent condition, but I cannot find original box, so am selling as good.

I can send pics if anyone wants.

I agree that this lens gets a unfair rap in the Lens Review section. It is seriously under rated and is pretty high on the reach for dollars stakes, I love mine.

At $150 this lens is a bargain.

How it compares to DA 50-200 at the long end? Obviously it's much bigger and heavier, but how about image quality?
How well cameras AF system handles it's focus travel range and optics? I had terrible experience with sigma 70-300 on my k200d, where DA 50-200 is nice and snappy.

I have not used the DA 50-200, but I find it comparable to my DAL 55-300(Another lens with a bad rep)

I find the lens do not hunt that much my my KX, and I have taken some great pics with it, but now that I am moved digital I just don't use it.

It is not that big and heavy, it is no 18-250.
