This is a really cool bag. You can find video demos on the Lowepro site showing how easy it is to access your gear. I used this on a trip to asia because I was afraid of having the contents removed on busy trains, this bag has the zippers positioned against your back so that they cannot be opened until you are ready. Using the waist-strap you can flip the bag around front and it turns into a table. You can get all of your stuff without worrying about dropping anything. It really is a neat system.

If you are carrying a bag all day, it might as well have proper shoulder straps. I'd much rather have this than a single-shoulder backpack.

I think it also looks better than the single-shoulder bags. When you flip sides and turn it into a table it looks kinda weird, but in a "wow did you see that?" kind of way.
