LOL!!!! I suppose that's all the better for a good purchasing price (and dis-incentive to ever sell mine ). I hope I don't end up with seller's remorse over selling my DA35. Such gorgeous photos....sigh.... So will you re-purchase a DA70?

I may, I sold the 70 and bought a 10-17 and 500 mirror (old Russian thing).

I think I want to sell my FA 50 too and get one or two Da 40 / FA 43 and/or 21ish.

At that point I don't know... If I get the 40 and 21, if I ever had a bigger studio I will for sure, but for now it is a little too long, but great walk around lens... I took it to the hockey rink more than once... I got some great frames, that were at least as good as the 'rents with the big old white cannons er I mean canons....

I had the FA50 1.4 and sold it as well (it just didn't impress me much, I must have a boring copy) - but between experience with it and the 35, I can't see being very interested in the DA40 focal length, despite the excellent Ltd. IQ. I know I want the DA15 for times when the 12-24 just seems too huge - so I'm going to end up with this weird kit with the whole middle missing 12-24, 15, 70, 1-300 LOL!

I'm glad to hear, again, about the value of the DA70 as a short-tele at events. It's like the stealth candid lens
