Yes, this is the improved (sharper, constant aperture) Sigma 10-20mm f/3.5 with HSM. Bought new in February 2010 (still under warranty), and mounted maybe 3 times since then. Normally it wouldn't go, but I have a pile of fisheyes and I just bought a K-x and need to balance the accounts...
It is basically 'as-new' and includes everything it originally came with, including the warranty card, box, case, hood, and even the plastic wrap! Used just enough to know that it works, and it works well. Excellent corner-to-corner sharpness!
