I have googled looking for photography notes and notebooks, but I am not finding what I want.

When I take photos I like to have a small notebook in my pocket to write down some observations about the subject and other points. Yes a small blank notebook does work most of the time and since digital cameras provide the key settings data, I no longer have to put down aperture, speed and other crucial info, but I often forget to note some things I wish I had remembered about the photo opportunity and the subject.

Does anyone know of a small notebook that has reminders or checklists about photo opportunities?

Wouldn't your typical notebook from officemax do the trick? Thread moved to general photography.
