Shot my first fireworks for Canada Day, I found it pretty easy to get half-decent results using a relatively small aperture and shooting in bulb mode or a long exposure.

Here are some of my Favorites from Lake Tahoe, CA. All photos taken with a Pentax K-7 and Either the kit 18-55 or the kit 50-200. I used Bulb mode @ f11.
