Anyone knows the direct email contact for focusingscreen.com - may be from your past interaction with them?

I like to buy an Ec-b screen for k-x and I've sent them 2 message from their contact section for a special shipping requirements. However, so far no response even after 3 days.

Deki Kuo, service@focusingscreen.com is all I ever used in the past.
A quick look at my records showed the ave. response time to be about 5 days with regards to email. So you might try waiting just a bit longer before calling it...

It took about 3 weeks when I emailed them, but they did contact me back.

Delivery was good. Just a little over a week to the US.

I use a focusingscreen.com K-3 screen in my K200D. Delivery time to AUS was quite reasonable from what I remember, no problems anyway.
