How to convert a K100d to IR?

Hi, i want to start by saying i've searched and read the following topics
https://www.pentaxforums.com/forums/pentax-dslr-discussion/39396-infrared-con...s-*ist-dl.html

&#160.[ www.xdeltax.com ].&#160 &#160.tutorials.&#160&#160&#160&#160&#160&#160&#160&#160&#160&#160&#160&#160&#160&#160&#160&#160&#160&#160&#160&#160&#160&#160&#160&#160&#160&#160&#160&#160&#160&#160&#160&#160&#160&#160&#160&#160&#160&#160&#160&#160&#

The problem is now at the step where im supposed to let the sensor slide out. It's loose, but it can't slide out cause it seems locked in place by various holders.

So if anyone has any experience of converting this k100d (or similar) to IR, i would love pictures or descriptions of how to get the sensor out once the camera is opened.

Many thanks!
/Magnus
