Hey Folks,

Anyone ever successfully tried stealing someone else's flash at an event? I was at a friend's wedding recently, and was able to watch the photographers and their AF assist lamps closely enough to 'steal' their flashes with long-ish exposures.

Now these didn't turn out that well, some of the shots I had the camera over my head and wasn't even looking through the VF (because of the crowd). They're unique if nothing else :P I was able to get a couple of different shots with the technique and I thought it was at least worth some discussion.

Any thoughts?

Lol. It once accidentally happened to me, and thanks to that, I got a picture that was correctly exposed on both sides :P. Nice pics tho. I like the first one.

Totally accidental, but I knew it right away.
