Right now, at work: a pre-Zeiss Ikon merger Goerz Tenax folder + Fuji F10. I used to keep a Fuji ST605n in my desk drawer, I should bring it back from home...

I carry two a K-x and K-7. The lenses change depending on what I'm shooting but generally speaking one camera has a wider lens for landscape, and the other a longer lens for wildlife. Or I'll take the 15mm and the 18-135mm around the city. In some of the places I shoot, if I take off a lens, it generally results in particles on the sensor. With two bodies I don't have to swap lenses. The K-7 and 18-135mm are also my bad weather kit.

Same here with the K-x and K-7. For lenses I more or less carry the DA15LTD, DA 17-70, 55-300, Sigma 10-20, and then a collection of manual lenses, such as the M100/2.8, T(Bayonet)135/2.5, M50/1.7 and the Sigma SuperWide II 28mm. The case is a Tamrac Pro8, so it gets tight, but works well. The Sigma 10-20 often goes in its own little case and then gets attached to my waist belt. Should I eventually add a medium-tele macro like a FA100mm (or Sigma/Tamron), I'll be maxed out.
Anyway, it's nice to be able to switch out lenses. At times I'll make it a day just to shoot with the kit lenses that I got with the K-x, as I do like them as well.
I hope to have a few more good years before I start to complain about the weight.

I'm still experimenting with what to carry. My film bag was perfect. 2 bodies...16, 24, 35, 50, 100 macro, and 200mm primes...1.5X converter...2X converter...set of extension tubes...plus a small flash, filters, cleaning kit, etc... With digital, I've yet to settle on what to carry. I shoot mostly zooms and I 'mix and match' depending upon what I expect to shoot, what level of quality I'm after, and how much gear I feel like carrying. One thing that has started to become a constant is an Olympus XA that I picked up at a garage sale for a buck. I don't think the people having the sale knew what it was. I've got it loaded with 400ASA T-Max and have been using it for candid family pics and whatever else strikes my fancy.

It depends where/how I'll be traveling. For a major trip I'll take the k100 and k200 and lenses that somewhat overlap, mainly in case of failure. It's not usually possible to replace a pentax camera or lens in most places - much more difficult than canon/nikon.

My camera waist pack will only hold one body with lens and two other lenses, so anything else has to go in a backpack or vest pocket. So I don't necessarily take all the equipment with me everywhere.

I generally carry two cameras. 2-DSLR out of country, 1-DSLR & 1 Point/shoot routine trips and 1-DSLR & 1 35mm film on special trips dedicated to photos. At least one Point/shoot is in my vehicle during all travel.
I have found that many business sites will prohibit photography if I walk in with a bag or a DSLR. However, the same plants will permit me to carry and openly use a small Point/shoot (usually the Optio 550). Go figure?
The lenses vary depending upon the nature and method of travel, although I always take a 50/55 prime and a zoom, and a Manfrotto 190x has a permenant spot in the truck. I'll frequently grab a wide angle, and if traveling in my own vehicle I will just grab a bag.

One usually. I sometimes carry more than one lens but I seldom use more than one camera at a time. I do make occasional exceptions when I am shooting with a camera I haven't really used a lot. When I first got my Spottie and some real lenses I would carry my P&S digital with me just in case it had issues or I messed up with the SLR lens bit so I wouldn't miss the shots completely. It depends upon the situation and where I am going. How bad I need to have those shots come out perfect. Sometimes a backup can be a comfort...

If someone wanted me to take important photos, I'll take my Pentax digital body and a 35 mm film SLR Pentax body (a ZX-L with AA Battery Grip or an LX), my 18-35, 50 and a Tamron 28-300. Otherwise, if it's just plain vacation, one body will suffice.

In the medium bag, K-3, the DA Limiteds, DA*50-135, DA55-300, DA10-17 Fisheye, and Sigma 10-20. In the large bag, 645n, A-45mm, A-75mm, A-150mm, and a Kodak Medalist II. In the small bag, K2 with K-55/2.8, M-135/2.5, and a Sigma Mini-Wide 28/2.8. Plus a MePhoto RoadTrip tripod, AF360FGZ flash, socks, underwear, and sunglasses.

I used to take 2 bodies with my Oly stuff on sling straps, E-1 with a Zuiko zoom and E-3 with Zuiko 9-18mm and it was mighty handy for different shots on the fly. Now with the Pentax I am happy with a long zoom and the sharp DA35mm, spare lens is stuffed in a stubby cooler in a backpack with water, food, spare battery, wallet, keys and rubbish I don't want in my pockets.

One: the K-5 with the 20-40 Limited fitted, plus the 55-300 in my pocket. (Of course, there's always the iPhone 6 in my other pocket, with the 645Pro app installed!)

Not sure if OP still cares about a 4 year old thread

But in case inquiring minds want to know what I carry:

Far away places: Pentax DSLR + DA 15mm + DA 21mm

Family outing to near by parks: Olympus XZ-2 or Pentax DSLR with a walk-around zoom or Q with 02.

One camera, unless there's an event, in which case it's the K-30 with the 50-135, K-S1 with Sigma 17-50, both on straps, and either one or two 540 flashes. Can't stand a missed shot.

Now the thread is exhumed, I'll bite.

For serious events (I occasionally shoot music festivals commercially) I carry three bodies - currently K-S1 with DA10-17, K-S2 with DA*16-50 (with a flash when not shooting at the stage) and K-3 with DA*50-135 - all over shoulder or around neck at the same time. I usually have a couple of spare lenses (typically FA31, DA*55 and FA77) in the bag for special low-light situations.

For social events or smaller gigs I might limit it to one or two, with fewer lenses so I am not constantly crashing into people.

For travel I would only take one. I carried the K-01 with DA10-17, Sigma17-50, DA40, FA50/1.4, FA77 and DA55-300 through Argentina a couple of years ago and that kit served me well. That was before I was bitten seriously by the LBA bug though (I only have two of those lenses now!). These days I might take the K-3 with DA*16-50, DA*55, DFA100WR and DA*300 for serious outdoor adventures, or the Q7 with 03, 08, 01 and 06 when size and weight were critical. For day trips from home, one body and any three or four lens combination in a compact bag will do.
