18% grey card does the trick. Though Pentax cameras are rather accurate with the ISO settings - canon and nikon both tend to mess around with things behind the scenes. Especially canon with their f/1.2~f/1.4 fast glass.
you will need a hand held exposure meter, studio flash set-up* (for consistent lighting) and accurate readings of the T- stop of your lens.
*You can use a strobist set up, but generally monobloc strobes are substantially more precise with power fluctuations well under .05 of a stop
